Art Deco Inspired Summer Wedding
In the summer of 2010, Ian’s best friend Eddie convinced him to come along for a blind double date. On that same summer evening, Annie’s best friend, Danielle, asked her to do the same. Fortunately for Annie and Ian, an evening of being supportive friends turned into a romance of their own! Within weeks, they were driving an hour each way to see one another. After a move to Chicago for Annie’s Clinical Psychology grad school program, a puppy and four more years together, Ian proposed to Annie on a beautiful fall afternoon along the lake.
Ian and Annie celebrated the start of this next step in their lives at the historic Engineer’s Club in Baltimore, Maryland. This Engineer’s Club wedding had a bit of family and history woven into it. The venue is actually across the street from the church where Annie’s grandparents were married and just around the corner from her grandmother’s childhood home. It’s a gorgeous Baltimore wedding venue filled with Art Deco inspired details that complimented the theme of the wedding perfectly. From the champagne tower to the candle-lit dining room and music of the talented Rolex Band, every single detail was stunning.
Annie and Ian’s marriage began in the most beautiful way surrounded by friends and family who mean the world to them. Thank you so much for asking us to be a part of it!
